How it works

A clear path from application to investment

If the opportunity is supported, we will issue a term sheet setting out the proposed investment terms. Once agreed, we begin building the investment round through to legal completion.

  2. Member presentation

    Companies that successfully pass this stage are invited to present to our members.

  3. Term sheet and completion

    If supported, we issue a term sheet and build the round through to legal completion.
